Mens' Department Assistant
I started out at C-Life as Assistant to the Mens' Dept. creating:
+Tech packs (colors, size layout, treatments, art revisions)
+Presentations for sellers
+Graphic designs and patterns
AND
+Maintained the organization of the system
+Made buyer requested changes to designs
+added trademarks and copyright lines for licensed art
Tech Pack Manager
After a couple of years as assistant, I was promoted to head a new department dealing primarily with the creation of tech packs for all the design departments (ranging from infant to adult) for top retailers including Old Navy, Target, and Walmart. In addition I:
+Managed a small team and prioritized, delegated, and instructed fellow team members so factories received everything they needed in a timely manner.
+Implemented new treatments and techniques for new style trends
+Quality checked all printed samples for orders
